The 22-story high-rise condominium includes a roof deck, plaza and a landscaped pool area at the 6th floor. The first five levels of the building contain parking garages for the residents and are built with poured in place concrete beams and pan joists. The upper seventeen resident floors are of flat slab construction. Wind and gravity loads are resisted by an interactive column shear-wall system with many columns terminating at the 6th floor parking level to accommodate the wider parking bays below.
