This twenty-story office building has a skin of precast concrete panels with granite inserts. The structure steps back as it elevates, creating depth and rhythm. The building is constructed of poured-in-place concrete utilizing a pan joist and haunched girder floor system and shear walls in the core. The penthouse structure consists of structural steel rigid frames. The entire building is founded on bell bottom concrete piers extending to rock.
